We do windows! And Carpets!!

Library Board members, staff, and relatives of board members spent last Saturday cleaning the library’s carpets, windows, and screens! It took over 12 hours, on an absolutely beautiful day, but volunteers pushed on until the entire library was done!
Board member David Frank’s parents, Larry and Connie Frank, generously volunteered to help us clean our carpets using equipment from their business, Connie’s Carpet Cleaning, when they learned how we were struggling to find the funds in this year’s tight budget to get the cleaning done. They spent the entire day helping us clean the carpets upstairs and down and did not charge us a cent. Wow!!! We are so, so grateful!!
We are very lucky to have such a wonderful Libary Board! HUGE thanks go out to them, Chuck Owens, and the Franks for the extremely generous gift of their time, resources, and hard work to make our library fresh, clean, and shiny!
