Our Elementary Program for Tuesday, July 27th will feature the Internationally renowned Rose Ensemble! Their educational and entertaining program “The Last Queen of Hawai’i” brings to life the incredibly varied music and dance traditions of the islands through voice, ukulele, gourd drums, and hula.

Join us for this exciting trip down the path of Hawaiian culture through centuries of music, movement, and storytelling in the library basement at 1:00pm. All are welcome!
Funding for this program came from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota’s arts and cultural heritage.
