95th Anniversary Open House

Posted By on February 19, 2010

The library’s 95th Anniversary Open House was well attended and very enjoyable!  Folks stepped forward with great stories to delight, information to enlighten, and thoughts to uplift.  It was truly a celebration of not only our library, but also of all the people who have touched and cherished it in some way.

Click here to see photos from the celebration on flickr, or scroll down and view them in the “Photo” section on the right side of this page below.

Our thanks to everyone who joined us for the occasion, the Friends and the Trustees for hosting it, the Sassy Quilters, Lions Club, and Fish & Game Club who provided funding, to all the youth who submitted artwork for our “Tell Me a Story” display, and to the Frenchs for the lovely flowers.

Here’s to another 95 years!
